At our company, we believe that learning never stops. That’s why, once a month, we host #KnowledgeHour — a special demo session where team members share what they've learned, the challenges they've overcome, and new techniques they've discovered. It’s a time for everyone to grow together, learn faster, and get inspired.

How #KnowledgeHour Works

We schedule a calendar invite for everyone to join the session, usually on a Friday. The presenter gets a chance to explain their learning, show demos, and even ask questions to the team. The audience listens, participates, and shares feedback. It’s not just a presentation — it’s a conversation.

A Recent Highlight

In our last session, one of our senior developers created a small but powerful tool to help the entire team. The app shows the deployment status of different branches across environments — without requiring cloud platform access. It solved a regular development difficulty and is now used daily by our team.
